From the service techs to the manager and director, they provided me top notch service when my 450H was disabled while at the Olympics in Vancouver BC. Lexus Canada repaired the issue and Lexus Bellevue flew up to Canada and drove my car home so I didn't have to return to BC! The team there continues to outshine any competition and that's why I'm a 20 year loyal Lexus customer!

Everything is world class, from the website to the showroom. Everyone posting negative comments must be from other dealerships and envious of Lexus of Bellevue. Before making any large purchase, I do my research and take my time gathering information. In this day and age, the internet allows me plenty knowledge before I step foot in the dealership. I spent over two weeks speaking with their internet department before deciding to visit. Not once did I feel pressured to make my decision. They helped me gather additional information that only a dealer can provide; like inventory and availabiltiy. I finally purchased my Lexus last night and couldn't be happier.

I think anyone who complains about O'Brien Group is crazy. Lexus strive every day to give the best customer service to each and everyone of their guests. And if you are not happy then you are an impossible guest. O'Brien provides amenities that most other dealerships do not provide. They don't need to provide us with fresh cookies in the afternoon or fresh muffins in the morning. But they do as a courtesy. They dont need to have a free latte machine for customers, but they do. Lexus national says Lexus needs to provide loaner cars for services that exceed 6 hours, but they provides loaner cars after 3 hours.

Lexus of Bellevue is the creme of the crop. Not only do they have an amazing facility, but they have treated me with respect and courtesy when I purchased my car and also everytime I get my car serviced. When you look a the building you think that to maintain a building like the one they are in, they must be ripping their customers off, however that is not the case. I find their prices to be competitive and even better than Lexus of Seattle! I am a loyal customer and will be back. I recommend everyone I know to Lexus of Bellevue.

Restored my faith in Acura dealerships

I had a horriable experience with another acura dealership ( http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3723415365 ) trying to purchase a car, but decided that I really wanted a TL so I tried again with Acura of Seattle. I recieved a great price, great customer service, and walked out with a great car. These guys even appologized for the actions of the other dealership! If you want an acura and live on the Eastside of Seattle, this is (in my opinion) the ONLY place to get one.

First off, I hate buying cars. Every time it has been the same crappy experience, except for the time I bought a car from Toyota of Kirkland.

I give them a perfect score. They were friendly, helpful, yet not the least bit pushy. It almost felt like I was buying a normal product, which was very refreshing.

And the biggest reason I'm writing this review is the way they handled my problem after the sale. There was a big scratch and dent on the driver side door which went up the roof that I completely missed on my first walkaround of the car. I didn't see it until I brought my car home. I called them up and told them what I found and without hesitation he said bring it in tomorrow morning. They checked it out, determined it needed dent removal and paint, gave me a loaner car, and fixed it right up for no charge.

This was a USED car and I thought I was done for when I got home. But they took care of it and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. This dealership obviously cares about repeat business and they'll have mine.

I have brought my Toyota to Toyota of Kirkland numerous times in the past and have always found that they treat me respectfully and do good quality work. They are very accommodating of my busy schedule and make every effort to ensure that they return my car in top working condition.
